At Olimega, we are fortunate to have ambassadors who are invaluable, and who believe in both products and company values. In addition to using our products, whether in their restaurant or at home, they talk about us passionately. We are sometimes invited to private events or evenings where each prepared dish contains camelina. Pride for both our President Chantal Van Winden and the entire team. Chez Boulay<\/strong><\/p>\n

We recently had the chance to participate in a happy hour hosted by the passionate Chef Jean-Luc Boulay. This event was held at Chez Boulay – boreal counter of Ste-Foy. What pride! The camelina was the FEATURE of the evening being included in all the bites. The bites were carefully prepared, presented and immediately tasted … all accompanied by Quebec wines. We are also fortunate to be part of the book “The Boreal Pantry” of Chefs Jean-Luc Boulay and Arnaud Marchand. They are among the first to include camelina oil in the ingredients of a recipe book and that without hesitation. What is certain is that they are certainly not the last.<\/p>\n

Ros\u00e9lys<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is also important for us to mention the Ros\u00e9lys restaurant at the Fairmont Queen Elizabeth as one of our invaluable ambassadors. In fact, in addition to including our camelina products in their menu, we had the chance to receive an invitation for a private dinner where the camelina was the star. Indeed, the executive chef, Maxime Delmont, prepared a special camelina menu that showed us the range of options that are possible with Sign\u00e9 Cam\u00e9line products.<\/p>\n
