Tropical pudding with camelina and orange slices

Camelina Tropical Pudding

4 tbsp. (60 ml) of plain camelina seeds Signé Caméline

1 cup (250 ml) of plain Greek yogurt

1 orange, sliced

1 handful of walnuts

[Smoothie]

½ cup (125 ml) of frozen tropical fruits

1 pinch of ground turmeric

1 tbsp. (15 ml) of grated ginger

1/4 of a lemon (for the juice)

1/2 cup (125 ml) of unsweetened almond milk

Préparation
  1. Put all the smoothie ingredients in a blender and reduce to a smooth puree.
  2. In a mason jar, add the camelina seeds and the smoothie.
  3. Send to the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  4. Place the camelina pudding in a bowl and add the Greek yogurt. Mix well.
  5. Garnish with orange slices, nuts and camelina seeds.
