1/3 cup (85 ml) of sun-dried tomatoes (not stored in oil)
1/2 cup (125 ml) of grated cheddar cheese
1 package (250 g) of cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup (65ml) of roasted camelina seeds Signé Caméline
1/4 cup (65 ml) of fresh basil, chopped
3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1/8 teaspoon (0,5 ml) of black pepper
1 to 2 teaspoons (5-10 ml) of sour cream
2 tablespoons (30 ml) of camelina virgin oil Signé Caméline
Préparation
- In a bowl, cover the sun-dried tomatoes with boiling water and soak for 10 minutes. Drain and chop the tomatoes. Add a dash of camelina oil.
- Combine the sun-dried tomatoes, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, basil, garlic, pepper and sour cream until the mixture is smooth and easily spreads. Put the mixture in a transparent wrap to form a cylinder. Refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours.
