1 tsp. (5 ml) of camelina honey Signé caméline

1 tbsp. (15 ml) of camelina seeds Signé caméline

1/2 tsp. (3 ml) of ground cinnamon

1/2 cup (125 ml) of oat flakes

1/2 cup (125 ml) of Greek yogurt

3/4 cup (175 ml) of almond milk

Fruits for garnish

Préparation
  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a mason jar.
  2. Let the mason jar rest in the refrigerator for at least an hour or until the next morning.
  3. Enjoy with fresh fruits on top.
