[Marinade]
2 limes, squeezed (for the juice)
2 tablespoons (30 ml) of roasted camelina oil Signé caméline
2 teaspoons (10 ml) of fish sauce
2 tablespoons (30 ml) of oyster sauce
1 teaspoon (5 ml) of Sambal Oelek
[Skewer]
1 block (454 g) of firm spicy tofu
3 to 4 choices of vegetables (zucchinis, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, pearl onions, red peppers) cut into slices or chunks
Préparation
- Combine and mix all ingredients for the marinade.
- Place the tofu in a container with the marinade and macerate for at least 1 hour.
- Mount ingredients onto skewers (tofu, zucchinis, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, pearl onions, red peppers)
- Grill skewers on the BBQ or in the oven.
