[Marinade]

2 limes, squeezed (for the juice)

2 tablespoons (30 ml) of roasted camelina oil Signé caméline

2 teaspoons (10 ml) of fish sauce

2 tablespoons (30 ml) of oyster sauce

1 teaspoon (5 ml) of Sambal Oelek

[Skewer]

1 block (454 g) of firm spicy tofu

3 to 4 choices of vegetables (zucchinis, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, pearl onions, red peppers) cut into slices or chunks

Préparation
  1. Combine and mix all ingredients for the marinade.
  2. Place the tofu in a container with the marinade and macerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Mount ingredients onto skewers (tofu, zucchinis, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, pearl onions, red peppers)
  4. Grill skewers on the BBQ or in the oven.
