2 cups (500 ml) of frozen red berry mix (strawberries, raspberries, pomegranates and cherries)

2 cooked red beets

1/2 tsp. (3 ml) of chopped ginger

2 tsp. (10 ml) of lime juice

1 peeled gala apple

1 tbsp. (15 ml) of liquid golden camelina honey Signé caméline

1 cup (250 ml) of apple juice

Préparation
  1. Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend until it is smooth.
  2. Pour the smoothie in a bowl and add your favorite toppings.
