1 1/4 cup (310 ml) of dried cranberries
1 cup (250 ml) of shelled, roasted and salted pistachios
7 oz (196 g) of goat cheese
4 oz (112g) of cream cheese
2 tbsp. (30 ml) of camelina honey Signé caméline
1/4 tsp. (1 ml) of ground ginger
1/4 tsp. (1 ml) of cinnamon
1/4 tsp. (1 ml) of thyme
1/4 tsp. (1 ml) of rosemary
1/4 tsp. (1 ml) of salt and pepper
1 tsp. (5 ml) of fresh or dried chives
2 tbsp. (10 ml) of roasted camelina seeds Signé caméline
1/4 cup (60 ml) of roasted camelina seeds Signé caméline
Pretzel sticks
Préparation
- Chop the cranberries and pistachios into small pieces.
- Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl (except 1/4 cup of roasted camelina seeds and pretzel sticks).
- Form the mixture into small balls (you can use a cantaloup spoon to form nice and even balls).
- Prick the cheese balls with pretzel sticks.
- Refrigerate bites for 15 minutes.
- For the presentation, put the 1/4 cup of roasted camelina seeds in the bottom of a plate with the cheese bites.
