1 1/2 cup (375 ml) of flour
1/3 cup (75 ml) of camelina seeds Signé caméline
1/2 cup (125 ml) of oat flakes
A pinch of salt
1 cup (250 ml) of dried cranberries
2 teaspoons (10 ml) of baking powder
1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) of baking soda
1 egg
1/2 cup (125 ml) of sugar
3/4 cup (175 ml) of orange juice
1/3 cup (75 ml) of virgin camelina oil Signé caméline
1 orange (zest and flesh)

Préparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 °F (180 °C).
  2. Mix all the dry ingredients (flour, camelina seeds, oat flakes, cranberries, salt) in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, mix the moist ingredients (egg, sugar, orange juice, camelina oil). Add the grated orange zest and a diced orange.
  4. Transfer the moist ingredients into the dry ingredients, then mix.
  5. Pour the preparation in muffin tins.
  6. Bake 18 minutes at 350 °F (180 ° C).
  7. Insert a toothpick in the center of the muffins. If it comes out clean, the muffins are ready.
  8. Let stand for a few minutes and taste.
