Mustard & Honey Marinade for Chicken

1/3 cup (75 ml) of camelina honey Signé Caméline

3 tbsp. (45 ml) of old-fashioned mustard or Dijon mustard

1/4 cup (60 ml) of virgin camelina oil Signé Caméline

1 clove garlic, minced

Salt and pepper to taste

Préparation
  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Pour the marinade into a freezer bag or an airtight container and add the chicken pieces you want to marinate.
  3. Leave to marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes to 24 hours before cooking the chicken.

Quantity:

The quantity of marinade is suitable for 4 chicken breasts, 6 to 8 boneless thighs cut into pieces and 10 chicken drumsticks.
