1/3 cup (75 ml) of camelina honey Signé Caméline
3 tbsp. (45 ml) of old-fashioned mustard or Dijon mustard
1/4 cup (60 ml) of virgin camelina oil Signé Caméline
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Préparation
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Pour the marinade into a freezer bag or an airtight container and add the chicken pieces you want to marinate.
- Leave to marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes to 24 hours before cooking the chicken.
Quantity:
The quantity of marinade is suitable for 4 chicken breasts, 6 to 8 boneless thighs cut into pieces and 10 chicken drumsticks.
