1 cup (250 ml) of quick-cooking oatmeal
1 cup (250 ml) of flour
1/4 cup (60 ml) of sugar
1/3 cup (75 ml) of virgin camelina oil Signé caméline
1 1/2 cup (375 ml) of raspberries (or other berries)
1/4 cup (60 ml) of camelina honey Signé caméline
3/4 cup (175 ml) of milk
2 eggs
2 teaspoons (10 ml) of baking powder
The zest and juice of a lemon
Préparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients (oatmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder).
- In another bowl, combine and mix all the liquid ingredients together (milk, oil, honey, eggs, lemon).
- Pour the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients, then mix.
- Add the berries to the preparation.
- Form and place cookies on a baking sheet.
- Bake the cookies for 12 to 15 minutes.
