1 cup (250 ml) of quick-cooking oatmeal

1 cup (250 ml) of flour

1/4 cup (60 ml) of sugar

1/3 cup (75 ml) of virgin camelina oil Signé caméline

1 1/2 cup (375 ml) of raspberries (or other berries)

1/4 cup (60 ml) of camelina honey Signé caméline

3/4 cup (175 ml) of milk

2 eggs

2 teaspoons (10 ml) of baking powder

The zest and juice of a lemon

Préparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients (oatmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder).
  3. In another bowl, combine and mix all the liquid ingredients together (milk, oil, honey, eggs, lemon).
  4. Pour the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients, then mix.
  5. Add the berries to the preparation.
  6. Form and place cookies on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake the cookies for 12 to 15 minutes.
