1 cup (250 ml) of diced fresh tomatoes

1/2 mango, diced

1 tablespoon (15 ml) of virgin camelina oil Signé caméline

The juice and zest of a lime

1 tablespoon (15 ml) of camelina honey Signé caméline

Jalapeño pepper, finely diced (to taste)

1/2 chilli pepper, diced

1/2 red onion, diced

Préparation
  1. Cut all the vegetables into small cubes and put them in a bowl.
  2. Add the lime, camelina oil and camelina honey.
  3. Toss and serve with corn chips.
