4 shallots, peeled and cut in half
1 small eggplant, thinly sliced
1 red pepper, seeded and cut into 8 strips
1 yellow pepper, seeded and cut into 8 strips
1/3 cup (85 ml) of virgin camelina oil Signé caméline
Salt and pepper to taste
Préparation
- Place the vegetables in a large bowl.
- Pour camelina oil.
- Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill on preheated oven at 375 ºF (190 ºC) on a baking pan or the top BBQ grate for 30 minutes.
