Grilled Vegetables Signé Caméline

4 shallots, peeled and cut in half

1 small eggplant, thinly sliced

1 red pepper, seeded and cut into 8 strips

1 yellow pepper, seeded and cut into 8 strips

1/3 cup (85 ml) of virgin camelina oil Signé caméline

Salt and pepper to taste

Préparation
  1. Place the vegetables in a large bowl.
  2. Pour camelina oil.
  3. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Grill on preheated oven at 375 ºF (190 ºC) on a baking pan or the top BBQ grate for 30 minutes.
