Greek Style Beef Cubes

1 lb (500 g) of beef cubes

1/4 cup (60 ml) of virgin camelina oil Signé caméline

1/4 cup (60 ml) of lemon juice

2 tbsp. (30 ml) of oregano

2 tbsp. (30 ml) of cumin

2-3 cloves of garlic, chopped

Tsaziki sauce (2 cups)

1 cup (250 ml) of cucumber, cut in small cubes

1 garlic clove, minced

2 tbsp. of fresh mint, chopped

1 cup (250 ml) of plain greek yogurt

1 tbsp. (15 ml) of virgin camelina oil Signé caméline

Salt and pepper

 

 

Préparation
  1. Mix all the ingredients together in an airtight container.
  2. Marinate from 30 minutes to 24 hours in the refrigerator before cooking.
  3. Set the barbecue to high power.
  4. Grill the beef cubes for 4 minutes per side or until rare or pink.
  5. Mix the tsaziki sauce  ingredients and serve with the grilled beef cubes.

You can serve your cubes with grilled vegetables, french fries or rice.
