2 ripe bananas

1/2 cup (125 ml) of all purpose flour

4 eggs

1 tsp. (5 ml) of vanilla extract

1 tbsp. (15 ml) of virgin camelina oil Signé caméline, for cooking

Préparation
  1. In a bowl, mash the bananas with a fork. Then add the eggs and vanilla. Mix well.
  2. Add flour to the mixture. Mix well. Reserve.
  3. Heat the virgin camelina oil in a nonstick pan.
  4. Using a ladle, pour 1/4 of the mixture into the pan. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
  5. Serve with your favorite toppings.
