1 1/4 cup (310 ml) of oatmeal
1/2 cup (125 ml) of unsweetened grated coconut
1/2 cup (125 ml) of plain camelina seeds Signé caméline
1 banana
1 tsp. (5 ml) of vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. (1 ml) of salt
1/3 cup (85 ml) of camelina honey Signé caméline
1 bar (48 g) of 70% dark chocolate with camelina oil Signé caméline
Préparation
- Pour the required quantity of camelina seeds in a skillet over low heat. Stir occasionally for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Mix all the dry ingredients into a large bowl.
- Mash the banana in order to obtain a puree. Add the puree, the honey and the vanilla extract to the dry ingredient mix.
- Once the mixture is well blended, shape the energy balls.
- Let them sit in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
- In the meantime, melt the dark chocolate.
- Soak a part of the energy ball in the melted chocolate and garnish with grated coconut or with camelina seeds.
- Let them sit in the refrigerator for another 10 minutes.
