Easy Greek Marinated Beef

1 lb (450 g) of beef, cut in cubes

4 sticks to make the skewers

1/4 cup of virgin camelina oil Signé caméline

1/4 cup of lemon juice

2 tbsp. (30 ml) of oregano

2 tbsp. (30 ml) of paprika

2-3 cloves of garlic

1/2 cup of plain yogurt

Préparation
  1. Mix all the ingredients together in an airtight container. Let marinate for 30 minutes to 24 hours in the refrigerator before cooking.
  2. Set the barbecue to high power.
  3. Thread the beef cubes onto the sticks.
  4. Grill the skewers for 4 minutes per side or until rare or pink.
    You can accompany your skewers with grilled vegetables and rice.
