1 lb (450 g) of beef, cut in cubes
4 sticks to make the skewers
1/4 cup of virgin camelina oil Signé caméline
1/4 cup of lemon juice
2 tbsp. (30 ml) of oregano
2 tbsp. (30 ml) of paprika
2-3 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup of plain yogurt
Préparation
- Mix all the ingredients together in an airtight container. Let marinate for 30 minutes to 24 hours in the refrigerator before cooking.
- Set the barbecue to high power.
- Thread the beef cubes onto the sticks.
- Grill the skewers for 4 minutes per side or until rare or pink.
You can accompany your skewers with grilled vegetables and rice.
