Easy Asian Style Chicken

1/2 cup (125 ml) of soy sauce

1/4 cup (60 ml) of camelina honey Signé caméline

1/4 cup (60 ml) of roasted camelina oil Signé caméline

2-3 cloves of garlic, minced

2 lb (900 g) of boneless chicken breast cut in cubes (skinless)

2 tbsp. (30 ml) of roasted camélina seeds Signé caméline

Préparation
  1. Mix all the ingredients together in an airtight container.
  2. Let the chicken marinate from 30 minutes to 24 hours in the refrigerator before cooking.
  3. Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the chicken cubes and cook until golden brown, about 12 minutes.
  4. Serve on a nest of jasmine rice or over rice noodles with the grilled vegetables of your choice and garnish with roasted camelina seeds.
