1/2 cup (125 ml) of soy sauce
1/4 cup (60 ml) of camelina honey Signé caméline
1/4 cup (60 ml) of roasted camelina oil Signé caméline
2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
2 lb (900 g) of boneless chicken breast cut in cubes (skinless)
2 tbsp. (30 ml) of roasted camélina seeds Signé caméline
Préparation
- Mix all the ingredients together in an airtight container.
- Let the chicken marinate from 30 minutes to 24 hours in the refrigerator before cooking.
- Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the chicken cubes and cook until golden brown, about 12 minutes.
- Serve on a nest of jasmine rice or over rice noodles with the grilled vegetables of your choice and garnish with roasted camelina seeds.
