Dark Chocolate & Camelina Oil Vegan Pudding

2 bars (96 g) of  70% Dark chocolate with camelina oil Signé caméline

2 cups (500 ml) of plant base milk, sweetened and flavored with vanilla (soy, coconut, almond).

1/4 cup (65 ml) of sugar

2 tbsp. (30 ml) Cornstarch

2 tbsp. (30 ml) cold water

1 tbsp. (15 ml) vanilla extract

Optional : Strawberries from Quebec

Préparation
  1. Mix the starch and water (to dissolve it). Add the starch mixture, sugar and vanilla to the milk in a large saucepan, and boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly (the soy milk froths a lot, when it boils).
  2. Leave to cool for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the chocolate, mix well to obtain a homogeneous texture. Transfer to a measuring cup to distribute cleanly and easily in the pots / bowls of your choice.
  4. Place in the refrigerator for at least 1h30 hour.
  5. Optional: when tasting, add cut strawberries on top.
