1/2 cup (125 ml) of canned black beans

1/2 cup (125 ml) of cucumber

1/4 cup (60 ml) of red onions

1/4 cup (60 ml) of carrots

1/4 cup (60 ml) of tomatoes

3/4 cup (175 ml) of lettuce

3 tsp. (15 ml) of camelina seeds Signé caméline

* You can use the vegetables of your choice depending on the season

[Vinaigrette]

2 tbsp. (30 ml) of applesauce

2 tbsp. (30 ml) of apple cider vinegar

1 tsp. (5 ml) of old-fashioned mustard

3 tbsp. (45 ml) of maple syrup

1/2 cup (125 ml) of virgin camelina oil Signé caméline

Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Dice all the vegetables and place them in a bowl.
  2. [Vinaigrette] Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
  3. In a serving dish, organize layers of vegetables.
