1/2 tbsp. (8 ml) of grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove of pressed garlic
1 tsp. (5 ml) of lemon juice
1 tsp. (5 ml) of Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. (30 ml) of virgin camelina oil Signé caméline
Pepper to taste
Préparation
Mix all the ingredients in a Mason jar and shake vigorously.
