Banana & Chocolate Bread

2 eggs

1 cup (250 ml) ripe bananas, mashed

1/3 cup (75 ml) of virgin camelina oil Signé caméline

1/4 cup (60 ml) of milk

2 cups (500 ml) of all-purpose flour

1 cup (250 ml) of sugar

2 tbsp. (30 ml) of baking powder

1 cup (250 ml) of dark chocolate chips 70%

1/2 tsp. (3 ml) of ground cinnamon

Préparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350 ºF (180 ºC).
  2. Thoroughly mix the eggs, bananas, camelina oil and milk.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  4. Pour into a buttered (9 x 5 inches) loaf pan.
  5. Bake for about 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
  6. Let cool down. Unmold and let cool completely on a wire rack.
  7. Cut into slices.
