2 eggs
1 cup (250 ml) ripe bananas, mashed
1/3 cup (75 ml) of virgin camelina oil Signé caméline
1/4 cup (60 ml) of milk
2 cups (500 ml) of all-purpose flour
1 cup (250 ml) of sugar
2 tbsp. (30 ml) of baking powder
1 cup (250 ml) of dark chocolate chips 70%
1/2 tsp. (3 ml) of ground cinnamon
Préparation
- Preheat oven to 350 ºF (180 ºC).
- Thoroughly mix the eggs, bananas, camelina oil and milk.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Pour into a buttered (9 x 5 inches) loaf pan.
- Bake for about 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
- Let cool down. Unmold and let cool completely on a wire rack.
- Cut into slices.
