Autumnal Smoothie Bowl from the Orchard

1 peeled pear, cut into thin slices

1 peeled apple, cut into thin slices

1/2 tsp. (3 ml) of cinnamon

1 tsp. (5 ml) of camelina honey Signé caméline

1/4 cup (60 ml) of oatmeal

1/3 cup (75 ml) of Greek yogurt

1 cup (250 ml) of apple or pear juice

2 tbsp. (30 ml) of plain camelina seeds Signé caméline

Préparation
  1. Cut the fruits into thin slices.
  2. Put all other ingredients (except the camelina seeds) in a blender and blend until desired consistency.
  3. Pour the smoothie into a bowl. Cover with camelina seeds and fruit slices.
