Green smoothie with camelina seeds

1/3 cup (85 ml) of frozen pineapple

1/3 (85 ml) of frozen mangoe

2/3 (170 ml) of pinneapple juice

2 cups (500 ml) of fresh spinash

2 tbsp. (30 ml) of fresh parsley

1 1/2 tbsp. (45 ml) of virgin camelina seeds Signé Caméline

The juice of half a lemon

2 fresh mint leaves

 

Préparation
  1. In a blender, grind all the ingredients until smooth.

Camelina seeds contain 1.5 g of omega-3, 4 g of fiber and 4 g of protein per serving. What a joy for the jury of the Grand Prix DUX to test a Quebec product that can replace chia in its multiple uses!
